5. Warranties & Repairs

• Printers include a limited warranty as stated in the product details.

• Warranty coverage does not include consumables or print heads unless otherwise noted.

• Service requests may incur fees for travel and labor, especially for out-of-warranty issues.

• A 97% First-Time Fix is our goal, and remote triage is provided before dispatching a technician.
